Got fed up of the cold & snow here in Shropshire so when I went shopping this morning I decided to try & re-live a bit of my Tokyo holiday & got the stuff to make miso noodle soup with prawns & tofu. Never made this before but I've been on line to get a recipe & it looks pretty easy. Miso paste (apparently it's better than the powder), soba noodles (buckwheat noodles), spring onions, ginger, garlic, prawns & tofu. Looking forward to giving it a go.
